Six layered build-ups, built to SIA standards. From vapour barrier to finished surface — every build-up is documented, auditable and certified for Swiss construction.
Flat roof waterproofing
Polymer-bitumen membranes and single-ply synthetic membranes with protection layer, drainage and finish. Executed per SIA 271 on tapered insulation 1.5–2.0 %.

Seamless liquid-applied systems or polymer bitumen under tiled finish. Upstands, door thresholds and drainage per SIA 271.

Structural waterproofing against hydrostatic and non-pressurised water. Torch-applied bitumen membranes, synthetic membranes and cementitious slurries.

Movement and connection joints with elastic sealants. Expansion strips, hydro-swelling strips and backing cords.

Expert assessment, leak tracing and repair of existing systems without full removal where possible. Thermography and smoke testing included.
